    If I could give a zero I absolutely would. *** the owner of this store is beyond unprofessional and has no real customer service skills for being an owner. The process for accepting packages sent through **** and the process for the customer to retrieve their package(s) is lack. My sons birthday gifts were sent to this location and the carries marked this as delivered. But when arrived at *** was rejected because I do not have a postal box there. I have received packages at this location before- secure location to receive packages. Only neither the carrier nor *** updated this information as rejected or not accepted instead has no process and now my package is in *************. I have no way of finding it or retrieving it. When I called the "owner" advised she was not going to do anything nor even point me in the right direction. When asked what kind of processes were in place for this type of situation, she informed none. When asked what she could do for future scenarios like this she exclaimed she would not be doing anything. One of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever had to speak to (continually kept reciting the rules of why **** packages could not be excepted) but could not give any helpful information for this locations policies and or steps for lost packages. This location is not being ran efficiently or properly and customers should know. Considering the holiday season and how much people do utilize these services, if the owner has a lack of professionalism, accountability, and awareness there should not be the opportunity to have this kind of business.

    customer sent a package via **** to our **********************, did not call ahead to ask if she could do this.  Policy is The UPS Store is not allowed to accept packages via **** if the customer does not have a postal box rented at our store, ,she does not.  Policy is to return to sender **** packages.  If customer has sent packages here via *** we can hold for a customer with a pick up fee.  If a customer has signed up with *** access point  no charge is required..

    Customer mis states many things in her review that was said. I told her she would have to deal with the post office since it is a **** delivery and she said a postal clerk sent her here.

    I was very professional with the customer but stated I have no means to retrieve her package and she should contact the company she ordered from.  She was talking through anything I said.  After she asked and I answered questions she says you have been recorded and hung up.  She recorded me without my consent or knowledge she was doing this.  My employees of which there were four here, all told me she was badgering and belligerent to them

    I asked questions and was confused on the answers. Even the post office supervisor I spoke to confirmed this store dropped the ball and its not the first time. At no point in time did anyone say anything about calling and at no point time was I badgering any employee. Whats is insane is I still dont have a package yet this package is still marked as delivered to this address. It wouldnt be if this store owner had the right protocols in place for when packages show up there that they do not accept. No where in this business is there any notice of not accepting packages from **** and like stated before I have received packages here before an never not once any problems-staff seem unorganized but never any problems like this. The owner should do a better job at handling situations like this.
