    I have two gift cards that I spoke with **** ******** @ Soakology about on April 28th after seeing that the business was going out of business. She said that if I sent the gift cards, I would receive a check in a few weeks. I have not received the check and her email has been shut down.

    I had a gift card that I tried to use on 1/23. I have been before and had no problem, and this visit I was trying to use the balance of my gift card which was ******. At checkout I was told by ********* at the register that it was in their "old system" and that I would have to email the manager to receive a check for the amount left on my gift card in the amount of $******. I emailed the manager on 1/23 and was told to mail the gift card to their location and they would send a check. Despite just being in, I did send it back on 01/24. One week later I emailed again asking for the status and again on 1/31, and 2/1 and called on 02/25. I have not heard back since. Radio silence. I was charged $176.74 for my services on 01/23 they need to either credit my credit card in the amount of ****** or send me a check for the amount of ******.
