    A repair on my microwave was started on 8/15/23. A part needed to be ordered and he returned in 8/25/23. Part did not work so he took my microwave to his shop to repair. I called him 2 weeks later and he said he hadnt got to it yet. I called 2 weeks after that and he said it was repaired. I scheduled a time to pick it up because he was too busy to fit us in to deliver it when we were there. I offered to pick it up. He dropped the microwave in trying to put it outside for me and broke the glass. I called him in 2 weeks and he said he couldnt get the glass and that he might have to have it custom made but wanted to wait a few more weeks to see if the glass would become available. Since then I have called him numerous times and the call doesnt get answered. It goes to a msg that says he is unavailable and to call back. There is no way to leave a message. I want to note that not once has this man, Jacob, called me since August. I have always had to call him. At this point , November, still no microwave and still not answering my calls. Product is a JENN-Air over the range microwave and I would like it returned in working order since he said it was repaired but then he broke it or replaced.
