    I have been a customer of ********************************************* at least 4 years. I have had bad experiences with them for the past year. In 2023 we made an appt. with them to clean our chimneys and they failed to show up. Their answering service denied we had an appt.. We rescheduled and they failed to show up again. When my wife called to find out where they were, the answering service said they had "just spoke to her husband". There is another individual who has the same first and last name that I have in the next town. It was evident they went to the wrong house and he called and it was him they spoke to. So we did not have our chimney cleaned in 2023. When they last cleaned our chimney in 2022, there was a haze of pellet stove dust throughout 3 rooms when they left. We have a south facing house with lots of glass and 4 rooms are open to each other, with no doors to close. With the sun shining, it is easy to see a cloud of dust. I decided to give them another try this year and have my wife schedule so as to avoid confusion on the name. To protect the rooms and furniture we put up some plastic and I also asked them to use my ash vac which does not emit dust. Cleaning walls, ceilings and furniture is overwhelming as we are seniors. The couple that were here were adament to use their vac and insulted that we put up plastic despite my explanation why we did it. They packed up and left without cleaning either chimney. We did call our ****** Pellet Stove dealer who gave us a referral so we have found another company.
