    Mr *** It service owned By ************************* was contracted to remove and replace 3 windows and provide supplies needed. We bought and paid for 2 of those thru him. And had one already to replace the ************. We unfortunately prepaid him before he finished the job. He installed all 3 windows and told us he would be back the following week to do the finish work on the exterior of the windows. We told him to only finish the outside of the biggest window only. He did not install said window correctly, he did not put in the flashing. He used our tools, his did not work, and had no helper and my husband helped him on all 3 windows.After waiting for him to finish, he was a no show. I called him several times and no response. I finally stopped at his house and he said he shut his business down and had not been working. Apparently his wife left him. He told me he would be here to finish the following Thursday, again no show. I finally sent him a certified letter to either finish the job or reimburse us $200 for unfinished work and supplies not provided that we had to buy, of the $600 dollars paid to him. No response again. I finally called him again very angry and he said he is selling his house/business, and moving to ******* and would be here the following week to pay us back the $200 dollar. Well it's the following week and again no show even after 2 more calls. He broke his contract with us.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I called several times and left messages with no response. I saw him at a local store today 3/23/23, he at first ignored me. Then said I will get back to you. He said I'm not going to argue with you in the parking lot. All I did was ask him polity when he was going to pay us. He then took off almost running to his car. I was not confrontational at all.
