      Unwilling to allow me to cancel my membership. I have gone in asked to cancel my and they refuse. The location is not in safe are of town. Ki do not feel safe in the gym.

      I have a black card and go tanning. I went in to ******** morning at 730 and they said come back at 9:12 am . I was like what????? They said you you finished tanning at 912 yesterday so today you have to tan 9:12 or later. They said you can only tan once in a 24 hour period.I think it ABSOLUTELY ABSURD TO HOLD SOMEONE TO A SPECIFIC TIME. You join planet fitness because of convenience and that is NOT convenient. Also according to the Attorney Generals information the employee is supposed to clean the tanning bed and they dont. They leave it to the customer. When I told them I was canceling my membership they were extremely rude and told me they wanted me to cancel which I believe is because Im fat and dont meet their body image standards. They are quick to help skinny/fit people but overweight people they roll their eyes, ****, ignore they dont great you or say goodbye. Im disabled and cannot get toilet paper from the dispensary. I told them and they laughed and suggested I use facilities before arriving and they said they knew about it because they ordered the wrong toilet paper.
