    I call and no answer. I leave a message and they don't return my call.I had a job for them to do and they do not finish the job. I had a hole in my chimney needed to be filled. They partially filled it. The hole is still there and ugly to look at inside my house.Roof repair job around chimney. Chimney still leaks water into my house, rotting my roof.They charge me lot of money for the job and still not fixed.

    The roof was already leaking and it was leaking from a brand new roof. She had just put on a brand new roof put on by a different contractor. So we get up there to take a look, I did not see any problems with the flashing and yet she was saying it is still leaking.  We were not contracted out by the contract to do any flashing work. We were just going to do the the chimney itself, which needed repointing. So, we ground it all out and put new mortar, it is just a small chimney.    We were going to go back, but it was getting too cold, so we decided to hold off to do the actual spraying of the chimney, which she did not pay for that either, because I did not want to charge it without doing it. She paid for the repointing of the chimney and the new crown on the top. We did seal around some areas I felt needed a little bit more silicone on them, where they did not have any, I told her to call the roofing company because they are the ones that did the flashing around the chimney and also put a new roof on.  We were not a contracted to stop any leaks.   Any paperwork you need, let me know so I can get this thing settled, because I have never had a complaint.  I have been doing this for 45 years,  She needs to call the roofing company.  If she'd like us to come back to do the spray on sealant, please call me in the next week or two to set up a day and time.  I would charge her for the cost of the product (about ***** dollars), but I wouldn't charge her any labor.  I feel bad that she is having these issues, but it has nothing to do with the work we did on her chimney.
