-If items are not deemed to be "saleable" by ECT, the business will issue merchandise credit instead of refund.

-The refund for the full sales price will be issued within 1 week of receipt by Egyptian Cotton Tshirts. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs including the cost to return items. There is no reimbursement for shipping, unless the reason for the return was due to an error made by Egyptian Cotton Tshirts. Please also note, that the business WILL NO LONGER OFFER EXCHANGES. They will continue to offer our 45 money back guarantee, so all customers may receive a refund if we receive the product any time, up to 45 days after purchase. Therefore, if a customer wishes to exchange any product, they will have to return the product, receive their refund, and then reorder. We encourage all customers to pay careful attention to sizing.
