      We made reservations on January 30, 2023 for a wedding July 15, 2023. Upon making the reservations we were informed the price of $299.00 was not the actual price and upon check out we would receive the going price for that weekend (according to Trip Advisor for that weekend price was $245.00). Other quests at the wedding paid $245.00. Upon check out we were informed NO change in price. We did not pay in advance nor sign a contract. We are highly dissatisfied not this the way the conduct their business. We have all the documents to back up our claim. This hotel is not worth the $299.00 per night.

      This is the most disgusting and run-down hotel in which I have ever set foot. The room stunk of cigarettes thought it was supposed to be non-smoking. The hallways and stairways stunk of filth. The outside of the building is run-down. The window frames are rotting. Do not book this hotel. I did not stay after walking up to the room they booked. So dirty! I did not get my money back. We went to another hotel nearby. One star is too many!!!!!!!!
