    Wish we would have looked here first! We had doors and windows installed incorrectly resulting in water coming into the house everytime it rained. We called the owner who said it was a manufacturing issue, took months for the companey to come inspect. Once they came out they told me that this is a install issue and pointed out the problem. Owner had employees come out to fix the problem two or three seperate times with no luck. Meanwhile, completely fustrated we asked another contractor to look at the issues and was told it is indeed an install issue. The door and the windows were not flashed correctly. Owner **** kept insisting it was a manufacturer issue so we held back a small final invoice and we hired the new contractor to fix the issues. After a few good rain storms we had zero leaks. Owner would not take any responsibility for mistakes that were made and put a lien against us. This resulted in a small claims court hearing on 10/3/2023 in which we agreed to settle and the lien was to be removed within 30 days. It is now 12/13/23 and its still not removed. He cannot be trusted!!!!!!
