      March $3500 I had this company put down a custom epoxy floor in my garage. The floor discolored in 2 days after install and when i contacted the company he promised many times he would fix the floor. He quit responding to text or email.

      Before anyone considers this company just know they are a scam, thief's and don't stand behind their product. They came and did my floor which can be found on their instagram. They provided no protection for the surrounding trim and when they came back the second day to "touch it up" they left foot prints throughout my whole floor. My floor which I paid in full for has been a complete disaster since March and continues to fail. I have contacted them multiple times to remedy the situation to which they have given me excuses and then finally ghosted me. The floors they show do not match up at all to product they provide. I have been more than patient with them but at this point they have left me no choice but to exploit their operation. ****** the owner came and did my floor on March 22, 2025 and returned March 23, 2025.

      April 30th was final contact with Armortech ************ On original visit it was him and his wife Only! I was happy with that because it makes my wife and girls feel safer. Then when he supposed to come, he has a bigger job in ** and lies and says his workers were deported by ICE ( I have the txt as proof ) I said u told me only you and your wife do it all by yourselves. Contract already broken by lies. Said no problem we have to get this completed for my niece's bridal party. Just give me our deposit back we will find someone else. He is refusing. Claims he purchased materials already. We said, No problem we will pick up martials or you can drop them off. Just give us the receipts for said materials and deduct that amount and simply give is the remaining money. THEN NO CONTACT from him after that. Paid 3300 Dollars He did ZERO WROK

      We hired ****** to epoxy our garage floor. He cashed our check and didnt finish the job and we had to hire a new company to finish. He did a terrible job and wouldnt address it.

      September 18th floor was installed epoxy Job finished September 19th Floor was bubbling September 30th report filed with owner of armor tech Armor tech shows up for repair October 9th at 4:13pm They couldnt make repair said they would come back After many many attempts to contact no responses then said our number was blocked by spam set 2 dates to make repairs failed to show Said he needs to re-do area due to not being ground deep enough to get good bond and has failed to provide

      I have a commercial job underway. ***, the owner, took our deposit, worked one day, left the floor nearly ruined wont answer his phone, cant find him anywhere and wont return our money.

      They charged for a professional installation of epoxy flooring and provided faulty flooring. Lots of bubbling. Floor did not cure well at all. Doors stuck to the floor, holes in the floor etc. they promised to come back and fix the issues but have not responded over several months to any of my texts/calls/emails. BEWARE! ONCE PAID IN FULL THEY DISAPPEAR.

      On Tuesday June 13th Tri state epoxy northeast came to install a flaked floor in basement apartment. After he left I noticed the floor was streaky, uneven and had a lot of bumps and grooves. I contacted the person who installed it and they said that they would have to sand it down and put on another layer but was unable to get the products needed until that Friday. I contacted the gentleman again Friday checking in to see when he might be able to come fix the flooring and received no response for two days. Then I got photos explaining he had been in the hospital and it would be a couple days before I got a response so I said I understand. I checked back In Monday and now today and have still not received a response. The business page keeps giving me the automated text indicating that they are deleting my texts without response. Their post boat about customer service and how many floors they have done and about how to call the professionals the first time but are now unwilling to fix their mistake?
