    On 1/29/25 and 1/30/25 Advanced Driveway Technologies did cement work for my yard. ***** told me that he would remove all the trash and take it off my property all together. He dumped everything on the sidewalk and never came back. Further more, my interior side gate is cemented shut. There cemented area by the gate is not leveled. The work is very sloppy. I have reached out to ***** and he gave me a bunch of excuses and promised to come fix everything. He has not shown up and now he blocked me. He is no longer responding to my text messages or phone calls. This is a horrible company with bad customer services. Now I'm out of 5900 dollars.

    On 7/15/24 I had my driveway/walkway sealed by ***** ***** with ADT. I had noticed an area that wasnt complete. He said he would come back and fix it. I had to text him to ask him again for a receipt and to see when he was coming by for repair. All I got from him were excuses. He said he came back by and made repairs which to my knowledge were not done. A week or so later I was out working in the yard and had a chance to really look at his work and there are 4 areas that were completely missed. I notified him and sent him a video. He said oh yes I see them. Depending on the upcoming weather Ill come by. Didnt see or hear from him again so I reached out to him again. He basically is blaming those bare areas on whoever does my lawn and them spilling gasoline or chemicals on the areas. I do my own yardwork and there hasnt been any gas or chemicals spilled. He refuses to do the repairs. Also I paid him $850 cash and the receipt was for $750. Not sure if any sort of tax scam is going on.
