      They can sell you a $20+K hot tub with their "employee*owned company" sales reps * but ask an employee and you'll find out that 'employee*owned' is total b.s. The delivery people were great * but try to get ahold of anyone with questions, and if you ever get a call back after trying every phone number and always getting voicemail and leaving messages, they won't have an answer but will tell you they will get back and they NEVER DO * this has been going on for over a year. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! Beware: buy your Hot Springs spa somewhere else!

      I totally agree with all you dissatisfied people out there Mainly DOES NOT stand by there word . Bought a hot tub 2 years ago for over 20k when they delivered it they dropped it and broke a panel and still dobt have it. How to move the tub and they tell you one free move and that day came to move it called Mainly and they said they wouldn't move it to another location. So they told us we had to call there moving company and that was 550 to move 5 miles down the road. And they wonder why people call yelling and screaming. Finally a tech comes back to look at out hot tub and still not fixed ! There tech left the panel off and with the rain the paper got soaked and so did the insulation. So yet another tech comes out gets the panel on and says definitely something wrong So now there saying there gonna have to take the tub back to the shop and rebuild it. So not only did they damage the tub and the inside they don't take responsibility. They never should have given us a damage tub simple as

      Wish I could leave a 0! This is my 2nd purchase of a tub from Mainly Spas. Being a current customer for five years my husband and I went in to order a new cover. The saleswoman told us it would be a year before we could get one but if we bought a new hot tub we could get one immediately. Because we had been talking about upgrading to a salt water system we decided to do a trade in and get a new tub. The whole process has been a complete fiasco from the financing to not receiving the tub we ordered and absolutely horrible customer service or should I say none at all. We paid over $800 for a stereo system that is not in the tub. In the meantime we took a ride over and discovered our old tub which was in better condition then the damaged one we received with a brand new cover on it??? This company is clearly more concerned about money then providing customer service or quality products. They are complete scam artists!!!
