    I would not return to this store. I brought my 17 year old deaf dog there for a routine nail clipping, and they cut into his quick pretty deep. I called to talk with somebody about it right when I got home, and the guy who answered the phone said he was not knowledgeable, and I said I'd call back later when the owner was in.....when I called back later, the owner was rude, abrupt, completely uncompassionate and interrupted me so many times. It was hard to even have a conversation. She could have politely said sorry and refunded my money but instead she threw a fit , with a raised voice and said for me to never come back. It was shocking. I would never go back there, but for her to be so hyperdefensive when all I was trying to do was make the owner aware of one of her groomers mistakes...I just think as a business , owners should care more about the pets health, and providing kind customer service.
