    We signed a contract with this company on 4/22/22 and put down a $500 deposit, paid by check which was cashed on 4/25/22, for driveway paving to be done this season (spring/summer/fall). The company owner repeatedly promised to get the work done but month after month failed to show up. He claimed equipment problems and too much work, which I sympathize with, but he still said he'd get our job done. The last promise was made by phone in October when he assured me it would be done before Thanksgiving. By stringing us along, he's made it impossible for us to get our driveway paved before winter. He's now failing to respond to my phone requests for our deposit back.

    We have blacktop paving a $500.00 deposit for a paving job and they never did the work. I asked for a refund but the owner ******************************* is giving me a run around and not refunding me. He agree to a refund on text message and took my mailing information but never sent a check.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. This complaint is still open.

    We went to this job several times and called with no response. Gave us a deposit for the job then changed their minds when we called to go get it done. Wanted deposit back and all deposits are no refundable and states that in contracts.
