      Hi, this is *************************. I used your services in September 2022. ****** is the one that moved my things to ********* Life Storage from ******. I just want you to know that I had almost everything packed except for the kitchen pots and pans and a few other items like my microwave, etc. They unpacked almost all of my boxes and repacked them. Recently, I moved into an apartment, and as I was unpacking, I realized I had items missing. A $400.00 My Pillow mattress pad and some very old lace curtains that were from my dad, who had just passed away. Those curtains can never be replaced. Also, my dad's fishing poles were damaged one was broken. I had broken glass picture frames. These I had already packed. I bought many moving boxes and bubble wrap and tape. Like I said earlier, these items were already packed, and very little packing was left. I contacted ******, and her response was very angry, and she used a lot of foul language. Not only were there items missing, but there was a lot of damage to my things. These pictures I sent you are before I packed. I was up most of the night packing. When ****** showed up, there was very little for her to do, so I left, trusting there was nothing to worry about and that my belongings were in good hands.This is the text I sent to ***'s moving and had no response. It cost over $1,300. When I went to get in my storage unit I had to brake up my bureau because the door wouldn't open. Things were just thrown in the unit. It was packed in a very dangerous way with heavy items like my 50lb indoor ac unit was on top. Boxes that I had packed that were weighing a reasonable amount were all dumped into huge boxes. The men I had help me move into my apartment even complained of the weight they were. I will never put my trust in a moving company to do me right and to not go through my belongs and help themselves to whatever they want again. Because that is what this company did. Next time it will be Bell I use again will stay with them
