    Unlawful Business Practices and Endangerment + ZERO response over months.The typical cost to replace a sump pump in ***** is $524, but it can vary between $308 and $749. The Company charged over the highest cost on the spectrum and never completed the job.1. Neglecting to first notify the Client, or get authorization from the Client, for the unconventional and egregious hidden fees including:A) Issuing a secretive debit card use penalty for hundreds of dollars for accepting the (unfinished) job in full using a debit card.B) Fuel charges. By a local fuel company. To travel 10 minutes. Amounting to $1/minute. Undisclosed.2. Leaving the job undone; rendering the pump useless without having been put into a standard level in the ground, for the pump to work at all: without communicating that the Company's plan has been to try charging as though the completion of the job is another separate job. This is an unlawful and unacceptable attempt at stealing yet more money.3. Using extremely cheaply-built parts, kits of which the exact parts found at retail box stores for far less, and which kits were separated by Company and then charged the parts individually at inflated prices. There is a clear pattern of deception here across the board. Company's worker also left behind the trashed parts- did nothing to properly clean behind themselves before leaving the site.4. Client lost more money from billable time taken from MY business - for someone to finalize the job and DO THE RIGHT THING. Zero reply.5. Severe damage jeapordizes this house and inhabitants if Company continues to refuse finish the job and put the pump into the ground. Rendering useless.6. False advertising on Company's website: "provide exceptional service to our clients needs based upon their individualized situations and needs." LIES. 7. Client put in harm's way due to blatant greed and negligence by the Company. Final request emailed on 9.25.24. No reply as of *****. *************.

    This company came out to leaking pipes , replace a small piece of that pipe that was leaking, tech messed with my valves and bladder, had problems with my furnace ever since, lost all hot water, had nothing but trouble with this co.Then **** lied said he called to set it up the night before to come fix it and never did, Avoided all company emails, phone calls from me. After paying hundreds of dollars , Steal customers parts is illegal. There techs stole my furnace parts which is against the state law.Stay away from this company , avoid it of all cost! Remember, report , report and report to MSBLicense. This company will s**** you with a blink of an eye!

    Outstanding! We had Augusta Natural Gas install a new gas boiler and hybrid hot water tank. It wasn't the easiest job, but ***** and his team nailed it from the estimate right through the clean-up. They were courteous, professional, worked clean, didn't mess around, and did a fantastic job. We've been through several heating system switch-outs at various properties over the years and this was, far and away, the best experience. These guys know what they're doing. We'll definitely be using them in the future.

    Augusta Natural Gas is the most crooked, terrible company I've ever dealt with. I had them clean my natural gas system early this year and had problem after problem after they "cleaned" it. I paid them an enormous amount of money for emergency calls because my heat kept cutting out after their tech was at my house. I woke up to no heat this morning for what is either the 4th or 5th time since their service. I call them and explain to the dispatcher the situation and how I'm not very happy with the reoccurring issues. She responds with "Well then we're not sending a technician to you if you're upset." So I called around and found someone to come service the system, but decided to stop into Augusta Natural Gas on my way to work this morning. I spoke with the owner who seemed like a nice guy, and was understanding of my situation. He asked if I would like to talk to the dispatcher with him, to which I respond yes. Upon finding out who I am she immediately says "did he tell you he swore at me!?" (When she said she wasn't going to send a technician I asked 'are you f****** kidding me? At no point outside of that one question was I swearing at her or rude in any way) and then she told me multiple times that they don't want my business while the owner stood there and said nothing to rectify the situation. So I left. I am absolutely blown away by the lack of customer service and professionalism, and all I can say is do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.
