    bought a house last year that Matt ********************** had installed a new furnace in. I wanted to add on to the heating on the second floor and so I contacted him to do the work thinking that he installed the furnace, he would be familiar with the house. **** came out to the house looked at the job and said he would do it but he was 4 weeks out. I agreed to wait untill he was freed up. He has now given me the runaround and wasted 6 weeks of my time. He is so unprofessional, will not even call me to tell me he won't do the work for me, or return a phone call. It really shows what type of a man a person is when they would jeopardize a person's ability to stay warm this close to winter. As for being a plumber, I wouldn't trust him to turn on a water valve.
