Buyer, beware with this company I live on ********. In my house I have a heat pump a propane on demand hot water heater and a **** heater. Propane I have been seeing knows mechanical trucks on the island and its a service use. I called the company and noted Im seeing their business on ********* and asked if they could stop by and check my compressor on my heat pump which was frosting in the night . She asked for a $250 deposit on a credit card I shouldve run then she asked if I should see them in the mid morning or mid afternoon I stated mid morning. The technician showed up at 10:30 and spent less than an hour at my property and fix the problem in the first 10 minutes by ************** the ** instead of straight fan as I was doing. Really problem solved. The next morning I received an email invoice for 815.00$. They charged me $220 an hour labor for two hours stated island rate. They also charged me $375 for the ferry ride out here. They they didnt sell me any product or parts. They only charge me for their time. The $250 they received for their less than an hour visit. Here is more than they deserve. I have requested a meeting with the owner or manager and Im waiting for reply. They have responded by reducing the labor by an hour. Still leaving a bill of over $500. we have a motto on ********* neighbor helping neighbor. We do not need these neighbors. Ripoff

This company was a subcontractor on a heating system upgrade and charged me ****** per hour (plus ****** per hour for travel). The tech on the job acted as if it was his first big job. He had to change the installation 3 times before it was right and I was charged twice as many hours as the estimate and was left with a poor install. They made numerous trips for simple items any truck should carry and even had to borrow supplies from my shop. The only good thing was a better price was negotiated with the contractor. Rip off artists of the first water. Beware..
