      I worked for the company and was fired for calling in for the 1st time. I seemed help from the territory manager and retail sales manager with nothing coming of it. I contacted the head of HR and found out all 3 lied to HR to cover up my firing. If this is jow they treat their employees who knows how they will treat customers.

      Business will get upset for you choosing a different company. Instead of being polite to try and gain the customer back, they bashed them instead. Extremely unprofessional and completely the wrong way to handle that situation. Shouldnt even matter where the customer goes. Its their money, their choice.
