I had a remote starter put in my 2021 ****** CH-R 3 weeks ago. It took them ***************************************** my car when I was told it was only going take them only 4 hours the most. I missed work that day because I didnt have my vehicle from them. I waited for a phone call from them after 10 hours later they called me saying my vehicle ready to pick up. When I picked the car up sat in the car to drive away I noticed the steering was so tight that I couldnt steer. So I pointed it to the guy that put in the remote start in the car looked at it and adjusted the steering wheel for me and there were still bunch of default lights on the dashboard. So I asked him why are all these lights are still on he said to me that all the lights on the dashboard will disappear once I start driving for couple days. So as I drove off from their garage I noticed the clicking sound still in the steering wheel. So I called them back to complain about the steering wheel and all the lights still on the dashboard and couldnt speak to him because he was out for a surgery. They told me to call him a week later. So a week later I finally spoke to him and he told me to bring it back to the shop. So I did bring it back to him for him to diagnose it. Again he kept my car for 4 hours that day. Finally he calls me that he couldnt diagnose the problem and disabled all the wires and told me to take it to the ****** Dealership. ****** Dealership took 2 days to diagnose this problem with the car and charged me $748.00. I called Pine Tree Mobile Sounds that I am bringing back the default remote starter back for a refund. I paid $567.00 for the remote starter and they only refunded me $200.00. I am very disappointed for all these problem that I didnt cause and would like Pine Tree Mobile Sounds to refund me the full amount of $567.00.
