    Ordered two Kassatex Hammam Turkish bath towels and two hand towels on December 13th for a total of $94.71. Advertisement on website originally stated Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money Back. In addition, online instructions for towels are to launder multiple times prior to use because this will effectively remove a softener that is placed on the towels. I did this and the material is also started to unravel already after only one wash! They are not at all satisfactory and do not dry well at all. They are no better than the cheapest towels you could purchase at any *******. When I reached out to state my dissatisfaction with ***************** they suggested I try a different laundry detergent or that my water quality is affecting it. I do not see anywhere in the return policy that towels are an item that cannot be returned. Since that time, when I checked their website, the towels are now "out of stock" on the website and despite customer service advising that they sell dozens and dozens of these towels every month, there are only three reviews.

    We have responded to the customer directly and she did not follow our return policy. She used the product, (towels) and wants to return the items because she personally does not like them. There is nothing defective with these items whatsoever. We have explained this to her professionally in an email and the matter is closed
