    I have never been to or requested information from this business. Somehow they got one of my work email addresses *********************** and they started sending me promotional emails. I tried repeatedly to use the "unsubscribe" button on the email forms to unsubscribe from these emails. Many times I tried, the button did not work. I tried calling and emailing the business to remove myself from the list. I believe the first time I called I left a message. I continued getting emails from them. I called them again a month or two ago and had a rather lengthy conversation with the employee who answered the phone. I explained that I do not want to receive emails from them, that the unsubscribe button didn't work, and that I had reached out them in various ways to get myself removed from the list. The employee told me that he would let the managers know and would do what he could to remove me. I told him at the time that if I continued to receive emails I would feel compelled to file a complaint with the BBB, as I have now tried everything I can think of to make the emails stop. They have not stopped, and so I am filing a complaint.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

    The last time they sent an email, I tried -- again -- to unsubscribe using the "unsubscribe" link in that email. Other attempts to do this have failed. It's possible that the unsubscribe request made it through this time, but I won't know until/unless I get another message from them.

    This has been rectified by my email newsletter service provider. Unsubscribe links are now included with all corresponds

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. 

    The business states that I have been removed from the mailing list, which is what I have been trying to achieve for some time (many months). I accept the resolution and the closing of this case. If I receive additional emails in the future, I will submit an additional complaint.
