    I was Christmas shopping at **************** and was stopped to try this product. I have been living with this straightener for several months and I definitely think it is a great product. I love that I don't have to put in hairspray to keep the curled, and they last through humid days. I don't feel like my hair is getting damaged either. It worked on both US power and also when I was in *****. Great product and highly recommend!!

    They are scammers! Their product is cheap. I was walking in the mall and I was stopped by a girl who put me in a chair and started to advertise her products, how my hair straightened nicely and steam came from the iron, but when I got home I opened the box and there was a cheap fake that does not even cost $20. When she was advertising she said it cost $450 but she gave me her dealer discount and she sold me my hair straightener for $100. I paid cash so now I wouldnt be able to stop the payment. Waist of money, waist of my last $100. Shame on them!

    Pin Straight flat irons are no different than any $30 ceramic hot iron you can get at any drug store. Dont be fooled. Any merchant that doesnt do refunds knows their product ****. They claim that customer satisfaction is their top concern when in fact they could care less and have to con people into buying their cheap product at a mall kiosk by claiming their product uses your hairs natural steam. Seriously do not fall for it people, this is a cheap, crappy flat iron you can find at any drug store. Do not waste your money!

    Bought 2 hot hair irons for $530 dollars.. asked for a refund because I thought it was like Dyson and used steam and was hot heat and completely has been frying my hair. They are completely false advertising what the product actually is. I would love to keep my hair healthy please issue my refund. I have receipts!
