      Have heard nothing but bad things about this ******* These all proved true after we bought a boat in mid-September from someone who had it stored there in dry dock. The previous owner had already paid for the boat to be stored there until the end of September, and had also pre-paid for the boat to be put into the water at the end of the storage time. When we went to schedule the date to have it put in, the ****** made us pay storage fees from the date that we purchased the boat, and charged us a duplicate fee for putting the boat into the water. They stated that the previous fees paid by the previous owner are now non- applicable, as the boat had been sold. Whether this is the policy of the business or not, this is an incredibly unethical practice, and from our perspective (and the perspective of many others, I would imagine) is theft.
