    On or about November 21, 2022 I paid **'s to winterize and move my 5th wheel trailer (screenshot of transaction attached). It was located at site N-8 and moving to site H-3 at ***************** in *******, **. I was told that both the winterizing and move of the trailer took place prior to this payment. On May 12, 2023 I turned the water on in my trailer for the first time since opening. Water started leaking everywhere. I had a plumber come on the 15th of May and he informed me that it had not been winterized properly and it caused multiple leaks to include a huge crack in the hot water tank. He informed me that if **'s winterized it then they should cover the cost of repairs. I called **'s to inquire about them covering the cost. On the 16th of May I was told that ** would NOT cover any damage and they are not responsible. The only reason my hot water tank cracked is due to not being winterized properly. This repair should be covered due to improper maintenance performed. Due to their inability to do the repair in a timely manner and their unwillingness to admit fault, I would prefer to have someone else do the repair and have **'s cover the charges. If **'s does the repair I would like it in writing with a warranty on work performed.
