      ******! I have had an order pending for over a year, since August 2023. They do not respond to inquiries, when they say they will get back to you the next day, they do not. The CEO gave me a sad story how their production facility in ****** shut the doors and "stole" all their products. He had mentioned they were due to receive new cabinets and that mine would take priority given the fact my order was a year old. This was just a lie to satisfy me for another 2 months so they wouldnt hear my complaints. I have since messaged them multiple times since August 2024 with no resolution or answers to when we will receive our order. The problem is, they have a deposit of 50 percent, just over $11,000.00, from us that has been in their hands for a year now, I cannot go to anyone else to order this because the lead times are long and pricing increases would cause us to incur more costs. Our program needs these and time was a leading factor to order from Cellblock. Now we have delays in the program because we have no containment cabinets to house the batteries. Stay away from this company. Find someone else who has a similar product, they do not deliver and will not make concessions or be truthful with you.BEWARE!
