      They say they did the job by saying they diagnosed the issue and provided a solution to fix it. Well its not hard to diagnose an issue when it is clearly snapped off in front of you. The solution they offered sry we cant fix this, please call and schedule an appointment, we wont be able to come back until the end of july, or you can hire someone else to replace the whole T-set if you need water sooner.Pine state had my water back in 10 minutes! Charged way less! They are very unprofessional and rude.Extremely Disappointing Experience my T-joint broke. They arrived and spent 15 minutes attempting to fix it, then went outside to take a 20-minute phone call. When they returned, they said they needed a tool that had been left in another **************** at their office. 40 minutes later, they came back only to tell me they didnt have the fitting.The next morning, they spent about five more minutes on the issue, told me they couldnt repair it. I was told I could either schedule an appointment for a month out or find another company to do the work.I called to express my concerns, the lady refused to offer a partial refund and still charged me 265$ for what amounted to almost no service. The woman made a highly inappropriate and offensive remark related to my sons passing! something she ****** searched.Then she had the audacity to respond and assume and accuse me of using my sons death as a means to save money. Honestly poor management. I told you financially I was struggling, asked to see if you had any discounts and you said no. Most of the time spent was them driving back and forth and on the phone. I asked for partial payment back, but couldnt even get that, just the manager telling me she ****** searched my name, said my 3 yr son died 4 years ago and its not her problem? All I said was I was going through financial problems and still recovering from the loss of my son, ***** is not something you get over in 4 years Read review on ******
