    My co-worker, *******************************, placed an order on Jan 18th order #**** for $319.78. The order was for four (4) Open Handed Hand Sifter mesh screens at a cost of $59.00 each. The website does indicate that they are running 2 to 3 weeks behind in typical production time; however, it has now been four (4) months, with absolutely no contact or updates from the company. We have tried to phone, but they do not answer phone calls, and their voicemail is full; we have repeatedly emailed as well, with no reply.

    On January 18, 2024, an order was placed for four (4) screens for a total price of ****** (including shipping) for my company. The order was to be shipped to my personal residence as we are a hybrid operation. The website stated they had a four (4)-week delay in production, which was not an issue. As of today, May 17, 2024, we still have not recieved our order. All communication with Stoney Knoll is not returned. Several emails have been submitted and phone calls have been placed, only to have no response. No messages are able to be left on voicemail as it is a full mailbox. Text messages have also been sent to the number with no response. There has been no attempt to respond to our requests of a shipping date or product completion. Invoice/PO Number number is -1623_beca4869dc38dc.

    I have ordered from this company in the past with no issues. However, I purchased screens on November 14, 2023 for $262.63. Credit card was charged and I received an email acknowledging the order along with an order number. The message on their website, said they were on a 3 week timeframe for orders. It is going on 4 months and I have not received anything. I have followed with several emails and used the form on their website with no response. I have tried calling, but you cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full.

    I placed an order on October 31, 2023 for sifting screens for over $1,500. Credit card was charged immediately. I received one form-email acknowledging the order. It has been almost 3 months. None of my follow up emails received a response. Phone calls go to a voice mailbox that is full. Now I see all the other complaints and realize that I have been scammed, unfortunate because this was a reliable company in the past. I am reporting this as fraud to my credit card company and requesting a refund. Their website should be shut down. The company that is processing their credit card charges should be informed that they are engaging with a fraudulent company.

    Our non-profit archaeology group order a rocking screen on August 23, 2023 for a September field project. The website noted that it takes 2-3 weeks to make the screen which would have been cutting it close to our project, but do-able. It is now December 3rd and, while they took our money for the screen and $130 in shipping, there has yet to be a deliverable. Not only have we never received the screen, countless inquires to their "info" email have gone un-responded. The listed phone number always says their voice mail box is full.     1. On August 28, 2023 my husband placed an online order with Stoney Knoll Archaeological ********* *** for an "Open Handled Hand Sifter 1/8" mesh. They state on their website that they were short-staffed and running 4 weeks in production.2. We paid online, via credit card, $104.71 ($61.00 product/$43.71 S/H).3. We purchased an "Open Handled Hand Sifter 1/8" mesh.4. By October we had not received the item purchased. 5. We reached out via the company's email address and phone multiple times to get this issue resolved. 6. Stoney Knoll never returned our phone calls or responded to our email inquiries.7. The order number listed on the invoice we printed out from the sale is #****.8. This issue is not advertising related.

    Company has not delivered supplies paid for two and a half months ago. Has been contacted multiple times by email with no response at all. Was called to check on order mid-Sept. and was told it would be in mail next day- never happened. Have tried contacting by phone and now no one answers and unable to leave voicemail stating it is full. Asking for the materials I already purchased or full refund.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have tried multiple times by phone and the voicemail is also full. I have tried multiple times by email with zero responses. At this point they have just taken my money- Id like the product immediately I paid for months ago or a full refund.
