    I used this company several years back to have the main part of my house roofed, not including the addition which had recently been built. During construction there was a rainstorm and a major leak in the part of the house where the original house connected to the addition. One of the men came and stopped the leak, but did not tie in the roof to the addition accurately and take care of the flashing, resulting in a leak that has rotted my wall and floor. The wall in question was covered up by ship lap AFTER the roofing job, and had not leaked prior to the job. A vent that was replaced during construction also does not have shingles all the way around as it should. When I talked to the owner, he made several excuses, blamed the addition (that has no issues with it), told me to talk to my insurance company, and even told me he would talk with his co owner about coming out to leak test it. I gave several days that would be good for me, and I never heard back. It's been 5 months and I have heard nothing. I have since seen him in public a few times, only to be ignored. I had given my business to NLC because I knew this man and his family for several years and am thoroughly disappointed.After this roof job was done, I had asked for a quote to put up metal roofing for my mother. She had all of the roofing, all the hardware. I made sure they saw that she had the materials. They looked at it, said it would take 3, 4 guys a few days to put it up and still quoted me at $21,000. Completely unreasonable.
