    We purchased a vehicle in October 2023 and notice a vibration the service department attempted to fix it multiple times with no results. They have had our vehicle since April 9th 2024 and still has a vibration that they cant seem to fix. The communication has been spotty at best. This is the 4th attempt to try to fix the issue. We are still making payments on a vehicle that we are not currently driving because it is still at the dealership. We feel that they need to buy the vehicle back.

    Purchased the car, and had mechanical problems shortly after and was under warranty. This was misdiagnosed for the past few years. Now they wont rectify the situation that was their fault and I have to pay $7000 for a new motor and I still have $9000 left to pay on car . If they had diagnosed and fixed the problem it would have saved the motor. Rockland / ******** new service department acknowledges this and still refuses!

    Horrible sales and service team. Took advantage of me, didnt help me at all. Took my car when they shouldve rescheduled. Asking help from the manager is a joke. ***** is even worse. This place needs help.
