    I made two transactions with this company one on 9/8/2022 and another 9/9/2022 when checking confirmation it states its still in process and. When trying to call they never got back to me

    The customer called one time 10/19/22 and did not leave a voicemail, it clearly states on my voicemail to send email. The product he ordered was out of stock. And it clearly says on the web page he ordered from that there are delays due to stock. There was no other correspondence from this person other than asking me to ship the order instead of pick up method.

    when ordered the website DID NOT tell me that and I would like a full refund in that case for both my orders if they are out of stock

    At the very top of the website that you ordered from it says there are delays due to stock availability. If you called you would have been instructed to email any inquiries, including cancellation of an order. Which I still have not received anything from you.

    There is no reason for the BBB to be involved in this simple matter of requesting a refund via email.

    Your refund has been processed.
