I was called by the owner ****** and she explained things to me over the phone, so I thought. She said I would see a provider the first time and I would get my shot of semiglutide on that day. Just needed to take out a loan with "Cherry". She said the provider is there Mon through Thursday, I told her I couldn't do it because I live about 2 hours away and only have Friday off. At that point she said she could get the provider there on Friday but it would cost me $75 and I needed to pay over the phone because she was asking the provider to make a special appt. to come in on Friday. I paid that day over the phone, went to my visit and there was NO provider. When I started asking ****** some questions that a normal person would ask before getting something shot into them, she got very defensive and asked me what my issue was. I replied by saying I was told there would be a dr. here and she said she didn't think it was a big deal and that she is an MA so she can give the shot. When I asked her what an MA was she looked at me and laughed and said "you don't know what an MA is"? Needless to say I left without seeing a provider. I have tried to call for a refund but no answer and vm is full. I messaged her on her site and am still waiting to hear back. I plan to go further with this because this person needst o be stopped as she is a scammer. Stay away from this "business" I don't even want to give a one star on tis but evidently have to.

I have been going to *************************** for over a year now. I have had the 10 treatments for my abdomen and now ending facials. At first things were not communicated very well, appt. wise. I went down a good 2 sizes in pants. I drank all the water I could (as directed) and I exercise. Still looking good!! I just saw my first before facial pictures. *** was so excited to show me. WOW! I had no idea, the change is that subtle. I like now she has a payment through Cherry (?) so you don't have to put the lump sum down and that makes all the difference in the world. I will continue going. I enjoy Bri, the drive for me is 1/2 hour but it has been worth it.

I haven't come up against the old bait and switcheroo in a long time, but I did with this place. I responded to an online $99.00 cryoskin " special".. I paid the $19.00 " deposit" to hold my spot, drove 2 hours and used up $35.00 worth of gas. The office had already changed my appointment from 1:00 to 12:00 and the owner was still 15 minutes late. The place is hard to find, sandwiched between 2 other business in a strip mall. We went into the treatment room, where the gal left to go find a tape measure. She measured around my stomach and announced I would need 5 treatments at an eye popping $2100.00. In addition, I was not getting the " special" unless I signed on for this. I still pressed on and asked if I could just have the one treatment I came for and she said one treatment " wouldnt have any effect". So I pretty much knew I'd been snookered. Im sure the treatments work. But they are available in ********************** for much less. The shady method of getting me into the office for the hard sell was disappointing and unacceptable. She tried to justify this by saying had i called the office, it would have been explained. I should not have needed to do that. It should have been stated in the offer, despite her insistence on her " transparency.". To her credit, she did not try to charge me the rest of the $99.00 fee. That would have been a big mistake on her part. She also needs to lose the false eyelashes, plastered on makeup, and Saturday night clubbing outfit.. It gives a very unprofessional vibe.

So on ******** they were running a special for $49. You can get a laser hair removal treatment $19 deposit so I put $50 to pay the whole thing off while I get there and she has me fill out a form stating that I nonrefundable deposit and all that so then she brings me out back and tells me that in order to use my $50 towards the laser hair removal. I need to buy a package which starts at $800 so therefore shes got my $50 and I never got the service. This is shady practice
