    Contracted to repair storm damage from December 18,2023 storm Interior ceiling in bedroom, living room and kitchen. Started the job by replacing ceiling tiles in bedroom and found that there was no need to replace all the ceiling as the damage was not as suspected. Repaired part of the ceiling that had water damage, tried to match pattern and was not successful. Left the ceiling a mess and has repeatedly refused to answer phone or text messages and when he has responded promised to come on certain date and never showed up or called. Frustrated with lack of communication I notified them that they were fired from the job and to return my money less a reasonable amount for work (although shoddy) already performed. Was told that they would finish the job as soon as work schedule allowed. We told them NO. YOUR FIRED and return monies so that we can hire a company that will actually do the job. They have refused to do so, and as a result we paid $8,000.00 for an if done correctly $700.00 Job. I want to add that this company is owned and operated by my GRANDSON which has now made this all the more difficult to resolve.
