    Our experience with Wooden screen door has been a nightmare! It has been extremely disappointing, challenging, and especially frustrating. I would never, ever recommend this business to Anyone! Having purchased doors from the previous owner, *******, who was a gentleman and very professional, this experience pales in comparison. The new owners are not only unprofessional, they are unapologetic and rude and do not communicate via phone-ever!We ordered 2 doors in February 2023-with a lead time of 3 months and just recently received the second door-8 months later. The door-when first completed-was damaged and the owners were upset and indignant that we did not accept the door. They did offer to take 100 dollars off, with no apology. We declined and were made to feel as if we should accept a damaged door. Finally, when the door was supposed to be ready for pickup the second time it was conveyed it would not be ready. They did state they would ship the door, to make amends, but sent it to the wrong address. When it finally arrived parts of the door hardware were missing. When sent again-missing parts. When sent again-well the pattern is-missing parts. Today is October 11th and we still do not own a complete door. We are older and well versed with businesses. We have made purchases from many companies over the years and this by far is one of the worst experiences to date.
