    8-19-24; When I bought this product I thought he was going to service it. I asked about the warranty He said a yr. Never told me he did no service work. Yrs ago he did when did prior business with him. He directed me to Whirlpool, this was a long wait then the people said they do not service in my State. Said I would get an e-mail, I never did. Read lots of bad reviews, so I went down & asked for my money ********* take back the machine. He refused & told me again to call *********.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. The business owner told me he does not get involved, that my option is to go stright to Whirlpool. They are sending out a repairman which I am not happy with. I asked for a exchange within the 30 days of buying it. I feel if a major part goes the first time you use it then it is defected. He said along with Whirlpool that first we try to repair it. The ************************* told me that I have no right for him to take it back or exchange it out for another washer. I had to follow the process. However, in my state the people told me at the ********* that the company they are sending me to repair it have had 17 complaints against them for not being good repair people. This upset me. I am a 72 year old senior citizen that saved up for months, I live on a fixed income to get this. My first new washer I have ever bought, so this response has me feeling very discouraged. I paid cash, and feel like after he got my money he was done with helping me. He should of told me he no longer services them. This is an old business which my family is familiar with & he used to. He shlould of told me up front. When I did ask about the warranty he said just call Whirlpool.
