    It has now been almost two months, and I have received no resolution from Central Maine Motors ***** I sent them a quote from our local dealer to fix the problem, but they are not willing to cover the cost of the repair.I had a deeply disappointing experience with Central Maine Motors **** that I would not wish on anyone. I brought my 2024 **** F-350 Super Duty to have a 5th-wheel hitch installed based on a recommendation. I even went out of my way to pick up parts myself since the dealership couldnt source them in time.Despite being told the installation would be completed in one day, I wasnt notified until 4:45 p.m.just 15 minutes before closingthat they would need to keep the vehicle an additional day. This caused major disruptions for my family, as this is our only vehicle. When I asked if I could rent a car to avoid missing important commitments, I was told it was too late in the day to do so.When I finally picked up the truck the next day, I was appalled to find a massive hole incorrectly cut into the bed during the installation. The dealership blamed the issue on the **** Tough Liner covering the guide dimples, but this was clearly a careless mistake that a tape measure could have prevented. The damage has permanently reduced the trucks trade-in value, and now Im stuck with repair quotes ranging from $5,000 to $10,****** make matters worse, the dealership knew we were moving to ******* the weekend after the service was scheduled, yet their response has been completely inadequate. After nearly two months, they have offered either $2,500 (which doesnt even cover half the cost of repairs) or expect us to drive all the way back to Maine to have the work donea process that would take a week.This experience shows a complete lack of accountability and concern for customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Proceed with caution if you value your time, money, and vehicle.

    **** dealership is trying to get out of repairs they are responsible for by saying that we bought our Ram truck us**. We bought it brand new and our title states that we did. We jave had nothing but terrible service from day 1. We got our first couple of oil changes there ant ask** that the tires be rotat** they never rotat** them not once. When the drive tire was worn below the inspectable tolerances the did nothig, told us to find a tire dealer. Then we had a problem with mice getting in and chewing the wires under the dash board the found the problem wire but did not put the truck back together leaving me a pile of parts on the passenger seat. We now have an uninspectable 50k truck we can't use. The airbag and seat belts ne** to be replac** ** this was not a case of abuse to the truck in any way by us this dealership is completely dishonest.
