    I live at the the Villages at ***** ************************ and the ******** builder didn't disclose in any of my house documents that the sprinkler system will be at my house when I bought it which is illegal. ******** builder and the ********************* who is in charge of the *** wanted this agreement of simply paying me $5.00 because the sprinkler system box is attached to my own house and powered to operate it using my own electricity but I told them because of the hassle it is not enough so *** decided on $50 a month. That agreement only benefits them because I was told it would cost a lot of money to move it somewhere else which is not my problem and it doesn't benefit me in any way. There is not enough money to receive for the hassle that it has given me all summer so I want it removed. I was paid $250.00 for the irrigation being used for this summer. When I accepted I didn't know how much of a hassle it would be having the sprinkler system box attached to my own house but I cannot put up with the hassle anymore and until the Club House will be built which could be many years from now because there is only four houses built and what I put up with for one summer is too much and stressful. ********************* had told me that outside my house is the *** property because I was annoyed about the banging noise of the sprinkler system box against my house and coming unannounced which I told him I do not have any privacy. *** and the irrigation team came very often to operate to try to figure out when to set the irrigation and the malfunction of the sprinkler system box. The sprinkler system box and the shutoff valve were installed at my own house to operate 4 houses on my street including mine. My house is my home and should not be used as a business for their own benefits. ********************* told me he can come near my house when he wants because outside my house is the *** property but the sprinkler system box is attached to my own house. I want the sprinkler system box removed.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I am not surprised because of the lack of unprofessionalism he possess which a lot of homeowners realized as well. I will hire a lawyer to deal with the sprinkler system and also he doesn't want to authorize the addition of a small portion of pavers in the back of my house unless I pay up $3500 which he says legal fee which I never had to pay in any subdivision and 55+ communities I lived in.
