    Garthwaite's entire Team, ****** ******* AJ, ****** ******.... All Rock Starts. My wife came back to our house on a Monday evening at 6:00 PM and it was clear that an electrical fire had occurred. It was linked to a leaky valve on our furnace that burned out the control panel and started a small fire, which luckily did not spread. ******, the Garthwaite Tech, came that night along with the local ********* to make sure the issue was contained and no longer a risk. On Tuesday at ****, I had connected with the Garthwaite Office Team and by 5:00 PM Tuesday, ****, the Service Manager, had come out to the house, reviewed the situation and had new boiler on order for installation on Thursday, using a crew from Mass in conjunction with ****** the Tech. By 3:45 PM on Thursday, the entire system was installed and heat restored to our house. In total, in less than 3 days the entire situation was remedied and we could not be happier with the ENTIRE Garthwaite Team.Thank you **** and ***** ******

    I am very pleased with the people at Garthwaite Energy. Their office staff and service personnel are helpful, courteous and efficient.When they installed my new oil burner/ boiler/ hot water heater the price was right and the service was excellent. We will be staying with Garthwaite for the future.

    Never been very good at math; but I can't figure out why the state (southeast) average is $3.36/gallon (propane) vs the $4.39/gallon that we are paying. Are we doing something wrong?

    Garthwaite has exceeded my expectations over and over again. They are very professional yet family oriented. I switched to them back when my mom needed a new oil company. And I have continued with them due to their experience and and dedication from all their employees.

    Garthwaite Energy has been a pleasure to do business with since switching to them several years ago.I grew up in the oil delivery business. Both my father and grandfather ran an oil business. I started delivering oil to homes when I turned 15. Today's regs weren't around then. My selection of an oil supplier is based on the quality of their service department. Each year I call the service **** of my current dealer and ask if certain technicians (by name) are still employed there.In our ***** cold *******, expertise and deep bench are paramount. The price of oil is less than secondary. I selected Garthwaite because my favorite "go to" technician (******************* and one other) transferred there.I only hope that their growth and success does not attract a buyout offer by one of the big guys.

    Garthwaite has been my service provider for Oil for the last 9 years. They are professional, courteous and provide excellent ***************. I have my burner service by them on a yearly basis and the Service men are extremely professional. Great service, great team!
