      These people are very hard to work with at least as sellers. They handled an estate sale for us and caused nothing but problems. Since we live in another state, we asked for all documents at least a week before closing. We had to delay closing multiple times because they could not get the documents right. Eventually they refused to talk to us at all and we had to get our lawyer to talk to them.They appear to never have done a sale by an estate before. All documents were written wrt individuals.If you are selling for an estate, go else where.

      Not everyone understands the process especially for an estate. It is no cut and dry.

      There are many steps in the process to get to the closing table. If we do not have all the needed information from both buyer and seller side, it is impossible to get paperwork done a week in advance.

      Many times people's perception of how easy the process is is not realistic with any tile company or attorney's office.
