I am disappointed in the communications and lack of customer service. I choose them because there were so many high reviews for this company. I still don't know if they did the job or not. I needed a floor jacked up. It was sinking in the middle. I was unable to be here the first time they came. I filled out the form on their website about what I needed them to do. I also put a note on my front door right beside the check to pay them when they were finished. Both were ignored. They did take my check. AT this point they had full payment. The person who came the first day did not pay attention to either of my notes and they had to come back another day. The next time they came I was home. The man doing the work went down to the basement to finish his job. Two other men came about a half hour later. They measured the kitchen using a laser measurement and tape measure. Then they left. They did not go down to look at the basement. All workers left in less than an hour. I called the office, then emailed them with questions. So far have been given no answers. My question was could they send me pictures of the work they did. I am 66 and cannot climb the sand hill to get to the opening between the two basement spaces. I asked for before and after pictures. I also was told they could take away the sand from the ledge so I could gain access to the cellar in the back. They did not do this either. These two things were verbal only, not on the written contract. It would be nice if they would at least speak to me either by phone or email. It has been four weeks since they came, and I am still waiting to hear their response.
