      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Public Auto Finance. I bought a vehicle and financed through this company and have had nothing but problems since.Firstly, the dealership that sold me the car failed to provide me with accurate mechanical records, which could have proven Lemon Law violations. Despite my repeated requests to Public Auto Finance, it took them over a year to provide me with the records, Additionally, the dealership did not address certain stickable items that are required by ***** state law, and to add insult to injury, their representative ***** was extremely condescending during our phone calls.Furthermore, Public Auto Finance has failed to report accurate information on my credit report. They did not update it within the required 30-day period, and they did not report to Experian at all.I have attempted to resolve these issues with the company, but their customer service has been extremely poor. when I do manage to get in touch with someone, I am met with indifference and hostility condescension.I would like to request that Public Auto Finance take immediate action to rectify these issues and provide me with a fair resolution. In addition, I believe that the company should be held accountable for their poor customer service and lack of transparency and violations of the law.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely, [********************************]
