      I entered into an agreement with King and Sons to pave two driveways at a property I own at ********************** and 2 in Wilton. I gave them a 50 percent deposit of $2500 in March 2022 and was assured the work would be completed as soon as the town lifted the frost restriction . When the work was not done I called 3 more times and was assured the work would be completed in the next 2 weeks or so. I arrived in ***** on 5 August to no work being completed. I have since called 6 times to inquire about the work and cannot get anyone to answer the phone or to return a call.

      Complaint #******** I apologize for not able to get this gentleman's job done. He lives out of state thats why he gave us a deposit. We normally do ever job and get paid when completed and customers are happy with their job.I have sent pictures of a bank check and Receipts of sending this gentleman's money overnight he'll receive it back 09/09/22.We apologize for being understaff with employees we are trying are best to please everyone.Thank you,************************* E-mail is ************************************.************
