    Gruntwork Handyman Services was hired to diagnose and repair our pellet stove. We paid for an initial diagnosis where a new pressure switch and control board were recommended for replacement. We paid for the installation of these parts, but the stove still didnt work. After another service call to install an igniter, the stove remained nonfunctional.Upon inspection, we found the pressure switch was never replaced and left unplugged and the control board was not installed to the manufacturers specifications. Gruntwork Handyman Services refused to provide proof of part orders and later admitted he lost the switch, then claimed to have found it. After nearly two weeks with no progress and a month since the initial visit, we requested a resolution by a certain date to which we were told dont threaten me.We no longer were confident a resolution could be reached so we called Gruntwork Handyman Services and requested a refund for the pressure valve that was not installed and service charges related to the third service visit that would not have been necessary if all the parts were installed as originally agreed upon. Gruntwork Handyman Services rejected our refund request and hung up on us.

    Grunt Work Handyman Service offered to return and fix the issues several times but the customer wasnt happy with that offer. Text messages to prove this statement. After many attempts of offering to fix the issue at hand, I offered to refund the amount for the part and drop off the part forgotten to replace (pressure switch). Also have text messages to prove this statement as well. After many attempts back and forth offering to fix the issue and or refund for the part the customer (Jacks Wife) couldnt make up her mind and decided to have her husband (****) call me and demand what I had already offered many times! At this point I was done with the conversation and respectfully said, have a nice day and hung up. 

    Just be because a customer wants to get an attitude, throw a fit disrespecting a business and not getting theyre way doesnt mean its ok to make a complaint one sided making the business look bad!

    I hired grunt work handyman service to clean my gutters and place screens to avoid having dirty gutters. He cleaned them and placed the screens on the front of my home. Went to the back and cleaned, placed one screen. He told me his work was completed, he accidentally let my dog out which ran away so I never got to look fully at the finished product. He left. When I went to look the job was not complete. I sent him a message asking why the screens were not placed on the back and he said he was unable to place them but he would mail a check for the difference of labor and materials we did not use. He never mailed the check and I have now reminded him 3 times. .To now have him tell me he can venmo me for $25... I paid $120 in materials and only used half, and only have half of the job done which labor was $250. I feel like I am being scammed.

    This situation is already worked out as she has been refunded in the amount that she originally asked for seen in the attached pictures. She has already humiliated me on ********, got refunded and now continues to complain. This is harassment at this point.
