Consumers beware. There is no "restoration" in this business's services. I contacted them to repair a 3' x 3' area of water damage to my living room ceiling. They sent someone to inspect it, who never mentioned that I would have to find someone else to "restore" the ceiling after they left. They charged me almost $4,000 to tear it apart and walked away. They should change their name to "Cleaning and Demolition."

Coping with the stress and devastation that comes along with discovering mold is not something anyone expects or wishes to do but, if the time does come, then it is extremely helpful to have professionals in your corner to tackle the cleanup task. I am SO grateful for **** and the team at Octagon for their work, along with their guidance and patience throughout this entire process. **** performed the inspections and even found mold which I did not see myself. I appreciate that he took the time and went the extra mile to make me as the customer feel at peace with my living space, and you can tell he truly cares about a job well done. Hes knowledgeable, thorough, reliable, and was a foundation of support in a time which honestly felt daunting and uncertain. Everyone who helped was so polite and communicative during the cleanup; I felt like I was kept in the loop and taken care of. ***** which could not be completely rid of mold were removed and disposed of properly with my approval. I feel like I can breathe easily, and deeply, again and I have ****, *****, ****, ******, and *** at Octagon to thank for this. The fact that their work is guaranteed is icing on the cake!Octagon Cleaning & Restoration, Inc.

5 starsI was selling my home and needed to have pipe cleaned ASAP. Normal time to get somebody to my home was weeks. When I called and spoke to ****** she went to work to try to help me. She was able to get somebody to my home just 3 days later! Thank you ******!!! Then that help was amazing! ********* came and took care of business. She was professional and efficient. My job was completed within just 4 days! I couldn't believe it! Thank you *********! What a great company that has people like ****** and ********* that put the customer and their situation first.
