    On Oct 8th my ********** went in 1st saying (after "hello!") I had a question when they had a minute. They didn't even say hello despite lacking even one other customer. They looked at each other as if they were bothered by our presence. When they finished making a to go order he asked what we want. I said "I still had a question before we can order" & showed him our coupon, saying we wanted 2 jumbos. My friend ordered his & the woman cut 2 regulars in half. I asked why & they whispered before wrapping it. We let it go & ordered mine without jalapeos. The presence of jalapeos was the 2nd mistake of many. My friend had handed the man two $20 bills which I didn't witness having left for the bathroom. He went to wait in the car. When I gave him the change I had no idea it was more than $16 short. I went back for the right amount but would avoid the hassle of reordering the sandwiches, which by the way, he was given the wrong 1 entirely. He said he gave me the right amount & the coupon was for regular size. I reminded him he assured me jumbo was ok. He rolled his eyes, put his hand in the tip jar & gave me $5. I said it was incorrect & with frustration he gave another $3. Fed up I skipped to telling him the other sub was wrong. Somehow that warranted an ************** mocking me to other customers & laughing when I questioned what my friend wanted. He didn't know what olives were, but the mocking was why I told him I was done & asked for a manager. I was mortified it was him. A girl came out of the back & asked if I was ok. As a server of 18+ years, remaining polite I gave her the short version. The man ignored the waiting customers to listen to what I told her. I said he should help the customers rather than listen. He left for only a minute before coming back. And I left with less change, two sandwiches that weren't what we wanted, and the worst restaurant experience of my life. I'm beyond shocked they remain in business, especially considering who "manages" it.
