    In the fall, I purchased a single packet of seeds from the company. During the process, I unclicked everything that I could indicating about joining mailing lists, receiving product offers, etc. I just wanted the seed packet, nothing further. I then did receive promotional emails from the company, which I had to unsubscribe from. At the start of the year, I received a large mail catalog from the company - which they had artificially signed me up for (because the mailing address I got it at was different than the one I had given during my purchase). I then had to call to tell them to take me off the mailing list - that I again did not sign up for - to not receive any further catalogs. Today, I check my mail, 9 days after I had called the company, to find yet another mail catalog in my mailbox. If these catalogs were sent at the same time, they would have arrived at the same time. It appears therefore, that this second unwanted catalog was mailed to me after I had specifically called to get myself removed from the list. Now I have to call a second time. I do not know what this company's problem with consent is, but it's absolutely ridiculous.

    order date, 6/1/2022, order # *******.I ordered 2 packages of seeds from Johnny's Selected Seeds.************** ******* ***** Each one is supposed to contain a minimum of 50 seeds.One package contained 15 seeds, one package contained 30 seeds.

    ***** filed this complaint with the BBB on 06/10/2022 the same day Johnnys received her email reporting that the two packets purchased were short seed.  The email said, I want all my money back because its too late to plant this year, and I want you to also send me more seed for next year.  

    When we make an error, we do everything we can to fix it as quickly as possible as we understand how frustrating it can be we are consumers too. We sent a reply to ***** that same day, asking if she wanted replacement (more seed) or a refund.  We would be happy to do either, it was her choice.  Our 100% guarantee notes, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will either replace the item(s) or refund you for the purchase price.  Our records indicate we did hear back from this customer, so we went ahead and sent her replacement seed to receive what was originally purchased. The package is out for delivery today.
