    I have had a very bad experience with Eastern Chimney following up to complete their agreed upon scope of work. Here is what has transpired.Eastern Chimney Timeline 8/22/23Agree to $199.84 each unit for cleaning and video inspection of 15 units at Applegate 2 Condominiums in ********, ***** on 9/8/23 9/7/23I was informed Eastern Chimney video camera is broken. A new one will be procured with new inspection date of 10/6/23 scheduled 10/6/23Crew begins inspection, leaves jobsite briefly to procure a light source for video camera to better see smoke chamber. Inspections supposedly completed Next few weeksPhone calls to Eastern Chimney asking for videos of smoke ******** get no return calls 11/29/23Email from ***************** to *********************** asking about lack of videos and uncashed check 12/4/23Email from *********************** asking **** to call him. Phone conversation between **** and ****. **** says new camera images are fuzzy and dont show anything. **** says he doesnt want to start process all over and offers ********************* to get another camera, test it, and reinspect 4 or 5 chimney smoke ******** only to see if there is a recurring problem. Cash the check and call him with a new date after camera is tested.Next few weeksMultiple phone calls to Eastern Chimney not returned 1/9/24Axel emails **** saying he is losing patience and will be taking further steps soon 1/10/24**** emails ****, says he had an accident and is in hospital. Cant respond until he is discharged 1/16/24Axel emails I have not heard from you. Talk to me. **** replies that until he is out of hospital, he cant do anything. Apologizes and says h*** be in touch when he is discharged 1/22/24Axel emails **** saying he cant wait any longer and will contact Attorney General if he doesnt hear from **** by 1/24/24 1/24/24No response Today, Feb 6, File complaint with BBB, still no response. All I asking for is 5 or 6 video inspections, not the 15 originally in the proposal.
