**** the owner came and gave me a bid I took out a loan and he was paid directly for his work from the lender. I was told that 100% of the old furnace and the part would not be used and all new parts would be installed, that was not the case. **** told me it would be a couple of weeks to install and it turned out to be over 90 days. When removing the old furnace **** didn't cover any of the floors and this red/orange stuff covered basement floor, new stairs and new flooring in kitchen all the way out the door and on my new porch all completely covered and has not come off stairs, porch or basement floor. **** talked me into changing to a gas furnace and he agreed to do all changes to furnace at the price he was paid from NEIF loan. Here are the issues and violations.1. **** damaged stairs, floors and walls and never repaired them 2. **** electrified gas line and went on vacation for 2 weeks and a ********** worker was shocked by touching outside pole.3. **** used all wiring from old furnace and left old oil burner covers on the switches.4. **** violated State Code by using old chimney piping 5. **** left leaking valves over holding tank and other valves.6. **** violated State Code by not moving emergency shut off outside of basement. 7. **** used old pipes and now furnace doesn't use enough BTU's to heat building.
