    We called Pool Tech in ******* ***** back in April to inform them that we loss our pool liner over the winter and we need it replaced , We asked to have someone come over to look at it and give us an estimate to have it fixed, so we could put an insurance claim with our homeowners insurance.Someone from Pool Tech came over to look at pool and left. 2 weeks has passed and we haven't heard from anyone from Pool Tech about an estimate, so my wife called them and spoke to someone. They said they ordered it, gave us an estimate and we filed a claim with our insurance company. They asked for $3000.00 down and we paid it.They gave us a number on or position in line because they had other repairs ahead, which we understood.They also told my wife they do liner repairs at the beginning of the season, then they do the installations last, so we wouldn't have to wat too long.Weeks passed so my wife called them again and they gave here the runaround and a new number of the position we were in line and said they were sent wrong liner and said he had to eat the cost ,which wasn't our fault.August came and she called again to ask for either our $3000.00 back or come repair it. The owner told my wife we can't have our money back and they would be here Aug 27th to come repair the liner. Aug 27th they never showed up or called us saying why.We either want our liner fixed or our money back.
